Ingredients
 

  • 450 g (1 lb) chicken breast
  • 1 small / 65g (2.3 oz) onion quartered
  • 2 tbsp olive oil_
  • 1 tsp salt_
  • 2 tbsp potato starch_
  • ¼ tsp dried parsley_
  • ¼ tsp marjoram_
  • 1 /4 tsp paprika_
  • tsp smoked paprika_ optional

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients into a good food processor.
  • Mix until the ingredients are ground and come together as a dough.
  • Grease a baking tray or line with baking paper.
  • With wet hands form wallnut sized meatballs and put on the tray.
  • Bake at 200° C for aprox. 20 - 25 min. until golden brown on the bottom. Make sure they are completely cooked, before taking them out.
  • Serve warm or cold.

Notes

The meatballs can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days.
