  • Add your frozen bananas into a food processor or vitamix. Ideally they should be chopped before freezing.
  • Add the milk and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  • If the bananas stay hard as ice cubes, just wait a couple of minutes, so that they can thaw further and become softer.
  • If pieces of banana build up on the walls of your food processer or vitamix, just pause and push it in the middle with a spatula.
  • Enjoy immedialy or store in the freezer for a little bit.

Notes

If you store the banana ice cream in the freezer for a longer period of time, it will become hard as a rock. Just move it to the fridge to soften for aprox. 30 to 45 min before eating.
