  • Scrub the potatoes, don't peel them.
  • Cut the potatoes into halves, then into about 1.5cm wedges.
  • Put the wedges on a baking tray, add the spices and the oil on top and mix well with your hands.
  • Spread them out evenly on the baking tray, they should lie side by side, not on top of each other.
  • Bake in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 40 to 50 minutes, but check frequently, open the oven once or twice to let out steam.

Notes

Time might vary due to different ovens, so keep an eye on them and take them out when they are nice and crispy. They should just fit side by side on one baking tray, if not try to squeeze them more together or just use a second baking tray.
