oil for frying
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast in to strips.
Add salt, pepper and vinegar and mix well.
Pour the starch on top and roll the chicken strips in it to coat them completely.
Heat some oil in a frying pan, then add the chicken strips.
Fry over medium heat, once brown flip them over.
Once both sides are brown and crispy, move them to a plate lined with kitchen roll to soak up the extra oil.
Serve with a veggie stir-fry or any other dish you like.
Notes
You can switch out the potato starch with any other starch (or wheat/spelt flour, if you are not gluten free).
