- 60 g (2 cups) wild garlic leaves
- 60 g (½ cup) parmesan
- 30 g (¼ cup) walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic
- 120 ml (½ cup) olive oil
- salt to taste
In a food processor, combine the wild garlic leaves, Parmesan cheese, walnuts, and garlic cloves. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
While the food processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
Season with salt to taste.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
