Ingredients
 

  • 1000g (2.2 lbs) Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Oil_ ghee, tallow or coconut oil
  • 2 bay leaves_ optional

  • Cut the wings in half, if desired.
  • Heat the fat in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken wings to the pan and fry them until they are golden brown on both sides.
  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Once the chicken wings are browned, transfer them to an oven dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine the spices thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle the spice mix over the chicken wings in the oven dish.
  • Pour the remaining fat from the pan over the wings and add a bay leaf for added flavor.
  • Bake the wings in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes or until they are crispy and fully cooked.
  • Serve the wings with your favorite condiments and enjoy!
