Simple bliss ball recipe to make at home

Ingredients
- 250 g (1 cup) dates_ pitted
- 250 g (1 cup) rolled oats_ gf
- 125 g (½ cup) almonds_ or other nuts
- 60 g (¼ cup) cocoa powder_ unsweetened
- 60 g (¼ cup) coconut oil_
- 60 g (¼ cup) shredded coconut_
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a paste.
- Add the oats, almonds and cocoa powder to the food processor and blend until the mixture comes together.
- Add the coconut oil and pulse until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into balls using your hands, then roll the balls in the shredded coconut to coat.
- Put on a tray and store in the frifge for at least one hour.
- Enjoy your bliss balls as a snack or dessert!
Notes
You can also customize this recipe by adding other ingredients such as peanut butter, protein powder, or dried fruit. Enjoy!
