Delicious iced coffee, perfect for hot summer days. Being dairy free is as easy as ever with all those plant alternatives to choose from, only low sugar gluten free oat milk is a little hard to find, but finally I found a good one, it is actually an gluten free oat drink powder from BlueFarm (Germany only), best oat milk ever!

Instructions

  • Pour the espresso into a large glass, then add some ice cubes.
  • Pour in the milk and add some maple syrup to taste.

Notes

The amount of maple syrup needed depends on your own preferences and the sweetness of your milk.
Instead of syrup you can use sugar and stir it into the hot coffee before adding the ice cubes.
