Simple oven baked rosemary potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 kg (2.2 lb) potatoes
- olive oil_
- salt_
- rosemary_
Instructions
- Scrub the potatoes, don’t peel them.
- Cut the potatoes in half and place on a baking tray.
- Brush the potatoes with some olive oil, then sprinkle some salt and rosemary on top.
- Bake in the oven at 220°C for about 45 to 55 minutes, until crispy and done.
