Simple oven baked rosemary potatoes

Roasted Rosemary Potatoes.
- Scrub the potatoes, don’t peel them.
- Cut the potatoes in half and place on a baking tray.
- Brush the potatoes with some olive oil, then sprinkle some salt and rosemary on top.
- Bake in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 45 to 55 minutes, until crispy and done.
