  • Scrub the potatoes, don’t peel them.
  • Cut the potatoes in half and place on a baking tray.
  • Brush the potatoes with some olive oil, then sprinkle some salt and rosemary on top.
  • Bake in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 45 to 55 minutes, until crispy and done.
