Basil Pesto. (dairy & nut free)
- Place the garlic in a food processor and pulse until it is finely minced.
- Add the basil, nutritional yeast flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the food processor or blender.
- Pulse the ingredients until they are well combined.
- Slowly stream in the olive oil while the food processor is running.
- Blend the ingredients until the pesto is smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
