Deliciously Swedish style healthy low fat oven baked chicken meatballs
Equipment
Ingredients
- 450 g (1 lb) chicken breast
- 1 small / 65g (2.3 oz) onion quartered
- 2 tbsp olive oil_
- 1 tsp salt_
- 2 tbsp potato starch_
- ¼ tsp dried parsley_
- ¼ tsp marjoram_
- 1 /4 tsp paprika_
- ⅛ tsp smoked paprika_ optional
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a good food processor.
- Mix until the ingredients are ground and come together as a dough.
- Grease a baking tray or line with baking paper.
- With wet hands form wallnut sized meatballs and put on the tray.
- Bake at 200° C for aprox. 20 – 25 min. until golden brown on the bottom. Make sure they are completely cooked, before taking them out.
- Serve warm or cold.
Notes
The meatballs can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days.
